INSTRUCTIONAL JUNIOR PROGRAMMING

         

Bronte has extensive programming available to juniors, at all levels from the age of 5 and up.  

Junior programming included in the annual membership are: Junior Round Robins (typically held on Fridays), Junior Ladder, Parent & Child tournament as well as the Junior year end tournament. 

The following is a list of extra programming available under the direction of Natalie Armitage and her coaching team.
Junior Clinics

6 week program for 1 hr per week.  You can choose which day, from Monday to Thursday from 530PM - 630PM. 

Starts the week of May 8th
Cost = $90.00

Must be a member to enroll in this program.  Due to high demand, you may only sign up for one time slot.

Players are grouped according to age and ability and taught the fundamentals of tennis.

Age groups of 5 years of age and up.

 

 Highschool Academy

6 week program for 1 hour every Saturday from 12:00 - 1:00PM. 

Starts : May 13th
Cost = $90.00

Must be a member to participate in this program

 Participants are put through game situations and the fundamentals of tennis are reviewed.

 

Tournament Squad
This program is geared towards intermediate to advanced players.  It is an intensive 1.5hr program that starts in May and runs continually throughout the spring and summer.
The coach to student ratio is 1:4.
 
Fees will be determined depending on the number of players enrolled.

 This program is geared towards the more serious player who is involved in tournament play and aspires to a high level of competition.

 

Summer Camps

These one week programs for ages 5 to early teens run Monday to Friday from 1:00-3:00PM throughout the summer months. The coach to student ratio is 1:6.

The first camp is scheduled for the week of July 3rd.
Fee $140.00
Please note that camps will NOT run on holiday weekends. Cost for a 4 day week is $112

Kids are grouped by age and skill level.  Everything from fundamentals to strategy is covered. Players are also put into game situations at the end of each day.
